Boston and Dallas-based direct response fundraising agency is seeking a Digital Account Coordinator to serve the non-profit community. Your advertising and marketing experience and education has the potential to change lives as you serve national nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
A Digital Account Coordinator will be expected to:

  • Work with Account Director during campaign pre-strategy stage and participate in strategy meetings to develop an understanding of multi-channel campaigns including e-mail, web and social and paid, as well as the client’s program.
  • Participate in client meetings as appropriate and ensure client communication is up to date regarding project status.
  • Manage production workflow between Client and Agency Services to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure that each project is delivered on time, with quality control standards, and meets client expectations.
  • Maintain essential tracking reports and program records.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is a team player and a problem solver who can effectively communicate any changes to a project to both the client and their internal team members, thus developing strong client and team relationships.
  • Digital Account Coordinators need excellent attention to detail, as they are on the front line of the project.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills are critical in order to multi-task effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate good initiative, take responsibility, and adapt to change in a fast paced, demanding environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • One to two years work experience preferred, which could include internship experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Agency or non-profit experience preferred, either in Client Service and/or Project Management.

A Digital Account Coordinator will be expected to:

  • Ensure that each project is delivered on time, with quality control standards, and meets client expectations.
  • Follow or develop procedures, documenting client meetings, generating analytics reports, and general project management, maintaining essential tracking reports and program records.

An Intern will have the opportunity to be involved in some, if not all of the above.

digital account manager / supervisor – richardson, tx

An Account Supervisor/Manager provides strategic and visionary leadership to our clients and their account management teams. In doing so they are responsible for the day-to-day control and direction of the digital account service team working on their respective accounts. They will oversee all client programs and will define responsibilities and expectations for each client’s account team.

While they receive help from Account Directors in directing their accounts and direct reports, Account Supervisors/Managers should have the ability to go to the client alone or with direct reports, share strategy and leave with the client feeling well served. This position requires extensive people skills, presentation skills, customer relationship management, technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the production process and solid working knowledge of company products and programs.
