Salesians Missions International built a successful direct mail fundraising program, but was lacking a digital program. Knowing they needed to maximize their current donor value and also begin to acquire new donors and younger donors, SMI decided to invest in building their digital program.
RKD helped SMI dramatically increase the size of their digital fundraising program by implementing cultivation and conversion strategies for their current email file and site visitors. We then began adding additional media and optimization efforts to increase site traffic and build the donor file.
The result was a total program lift of 387%.
